This section lists the answers to the questions that we most often recieve about Voyager and SkyGazer via telephone and e-mail. You might try checking this page first if you have a question -- you'll probably find the answer faster here!

Questions (and answers) are organized into five general topic areas:

• Product Questions - general questions about our products; how they differ from one another, and from other astronomy programs out there.
• Installation Questions - questions about installing and registering our software.
• Charting Questions - questions about how to use our software for sky simulation and common sky charting tasks.
• Accuracy Questions - questions about the computational accuracy of our programs. Answers can be somewhat technical!
• Telescope Questions - questions about using our software to control a telescope.
